Glen Moray is one of the oldest distilleries in Speyside, opened in 1897 in the village of Elgin, as part of a former brewery dating back to 1815.
This whisky is a perfect balance of caramelized fruit, butterscotch and persistent notes of roasted oats.
NOSE: A fresh nose with subtle notes of apples, pears, fresh lemon pie and bubblegum blending into sweet cinnamon notes.
PALATE: An elegant, sweet whisky that combines all the qualities of a spirit from Speyside and a finish in casks that have previously contained Burgundy wine.
FINISH: Vanilla, notes of hazelnuts and spices (cinnamon) to finish with a floral aroma.
