NOSE: relatively odourless, white flowers, white fruits, sugar, coffee, dark chocolate
PALATE: sweet, creamy, oily, sweet, coffee, cocoa, chocolate. It is slightly aniseed, you can smell alcohol and star anise flowers. Great sweetness in the mouth.
FINISH: long and very bitter (Sambuca flambée with coffee beans).
